個人的專長主要是在光電/生化光電感測器、奈米技術及光機電系統研發方面,其中在奈米技術方面已經有超過七年之經驗。目前規劃的研究主題有:
1. 相位量測高敏感度表面電漿共振感測器技術研究。傳統表面電漿共振感測器是量測強度的改變,容易受到光源強度的改變之影響,而且缺少參考訊號。本研究將以共光程、雙頻率及雙偏振態之雷射光來量測表面電漿共振時之TE與TM模態之相位改變,預計有較傳統方法較高之穩定性及較高之敏感度。
2. 表面超聲波(SAW)之振幅及相位之直接量測。表面超聲波元件受到質量的改變而有頻率的改變,傳統方法是量測頻率的改變;但本研究將以自己開發之次奈米級雷射干涉儀,直接量測表面超聲波之振幅及相位之改變。這是一個很有挑戰的計劃。
3. 高解析度之葡萄糖旋光感測研究。本人應用剛剛完成之六自由度量測研究之高解析度旋轉角(Roll)量測技術,可提高五十倍之葡萄糖旋光感測能力。
4. 生醫光電研究—Biochips、DNA mcroarray、Single molecular fluorescence….
5. 光機電系統研發方面:次奈米級雷射干涉儀開發,此一系統對於奈米技術或光電感測器技術均有極大之用途。
